Effect of the hydrolysis temperature.hydrolysis time.the hydrolysis result of the amount of pectinase and cellulose on Hangzhou white chrysanthemum were evaluated by the enzymolysis weightlessness rate respectively. Then optimization of enzymatic hydrolysis conditions was researched by orthogonal experment.The result shows that the optimization hydrolysis conditions of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum is hydrolyze 3.0 hours under 60℃with 4 mg/g pectinase and 2 mg/g cellulose,in this condition the digestion rate can rise to 52%.%以杭白菊酶解失重率为指标,分别研究酶解温度、酶解时间、果胶酶量、纤维素酶量对杭白菊的酶解效果。在此基础上设计正交试验优化酶解条件,获得杭白菊的优化生物复合酶解工艺:时间3.0 h、温度60℃、4 mg/g纤维素酶+2 mg/g果胶酶,优化条件下杭白菊酶解率为52%。
