苍术多糖的提取条件优化及抗氧活性研究

     

摘要

Response surface methodology was used to study the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides in Atractylodes japonica and its antioxidant activity. Extraction temperature and time, ratio of material to liquid were checked to determine the extraction process. The response surface optimization method determined the optimal con-ditions of extraction of Polysaccharide from Atractylodes for use: 81.5℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1;30 and time is 3h. After Atractylodes were purified the polysaccharide purity was sensitive 76. 55%. Atractylodes polysaccha-rides of different free radicals are not the same, the scavenging effect of different free radical scavenging effect is different, followed by metal hydroxyl radical >hydroxyl radical scavenging activity> ABTS free radicals.%通过响应面优化建立了苍术多糖的提取工艺,并对其抗氧化活性进行了研究.考察了液料比、提取时间和提取温度对苍术多糖的提取的影响.结果表明苍术多糖提取的最佳优化条件为:温度81.5℃,液料比为30:1,时间为3h.经纯化后的苍术多糖纯度为76.55%.苍术多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性,其对金属离子、羟基自由基和ABTS自由基的清除效果依次为金属离子自由基>羟基自由基>ABTS自由基.
