苍术、葶苈子不同溶剂萃取多糖的抗补体活性研究

摘要

Objective Research on the anti-complement activity for Swordlike Atractylodes Rhizome and Pepperweed Seed of polysaccharides in different solvent extraction Method Use the Cell hemolysis method.Result The concentration of Swordlike Atractylodes Rhizome and Pepperweed Seed of polysaccharides in different solvent extraction approach 0.08mg/mL, the biggest hemolysis inhibition of tests are more than the corresponding concentration of heparin.Conclusion Swordlike Atractylodes Rhizome’s anti-complement activity of n-butyl alcoho extractant is better.Pepperweed Seed’s anti-complement activity of ethanol or n-butyl alcoho extractant is better.%目的研究苍术、葶苈子不同溶剂萃取多糖的抗补体活性。方法采用细胞溶血法。结果苍术、葶苈子粗多糖药物浓度在接近0.08mg/mL时，其最大溶血抑制率超过相应浓度肝素的最大溶血抑制率。结论苍术正丁醇萃取物、葶苈子乙醇及正丁醇萃取物活性较好。
