基于系统论的独立学院培养方案的制定体系优化--以财务管理专业为例

Individual colleges don't pay enough attention to the cultivation plan of Financial Manage-ment speciality ,in w hich the theory modification is emphasized and investigation is neglected w hen it is compiled and revised .The essay aims to discuss work mechanism of "centralization of power -decentrali-zation of power" formed in the department establishment .Educational administration section focuses on the management of the preparation of cultivation plan with macroscopic concept while the teaching depart-ment centers around the establishing of work mechanism of "group participation".%从财务管理专业培养方案的制订过程来看，独立学院在主观上不够重视，培养方案的编制、修订时轻调查研究、轻评估审查。因此应当在机构设置上形成“集权---分权”的专业培养方案的工作机制，教务部门宏观把握进行专业培养方案制定的管理，系应当建立“群体参与”式培养方案的形成机制。
