科学发展观指导下的高校“发展型”资助育人体系构建

The development⁃oriented aid has become an inevitable trend of university fund and educating work. It is in the process of implementation of financial aid policy in practice of the Scientific Outlook of Development. Education as the soul of the aid, and the“relief type” aid is changed to the“development⁃oriented” aid, which reflects the student⁃centered education concept, more in line with the realistic need. The construction of the“development⁃oriented” aid system should adhere to the practice of the“Four Principles” and highlight the “Four Managements”, which is, adhering to the people⁃oriented principle of differentiation, personalization, multi-funded aid principle with the combination of aid and education, and the two-way pay principle sharing equal rights and obligations. Process management, knowledge management, target management and project management should be paid much attention.%“发展型”资助已成为高校资助育人工作的必然趋势。在“发展型”资助育人体系构建具体实践中应坚持差异化、个性化的以人为本原则，资助与育人相结合的多元资助原则，权利义务对等的双向付出原则，同时注重过程管理、知识管理、目标管理和项目管理。
