PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circulation device of a development cartridge which makes air easy to circulate inside and outside the development cartridge, and the development cartridge equipped with the air circulation device.;SOLUTION: An air circulation part 64 is formed at a peripheral surface part of a housing 41 positioned in a direction where toner 47 except toner moving from a supply roller 53 to a developing roller 55 is scattered through the rotation of the supply roller. The air circulation part 64 may be constituted so that a seal 63 having fine holes small enough to block toner although air can circulate is stuck on a communication hole 61 formed on the peripheral surface of the housing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
