用于制导炮弹的一体化导航控制器设计

     

摘要

一体化组合导航控制器是制导炮弹控制系统的核心电子设备,在制导炮弹飞行过程中起着至关重要的作用.针对精确制导炮弹需求,设计一款基于惯性/卫星组合导航的一体化控制器,并给出控制器整体设计方案.方案重点分析并解决了炮射高过载环境下的系统设计和炮弹高速旋转过程中的卫星导航接收机捕获及跟踪定位问题.对这两项关键技术进行地面测试和飞行试验验证,结果表明,控制器设计方案可以适应制导炮弹发射与飞行工作环境.%As a critical electronic equipment of guided projectile control system, the integrated navigation controller plays an important role in the munitions flight. An INS/GNSS integrated navigation controller is designed to satisfy the requirements of guided projectiles and the general project is given in this paper. Two critical technical problems are analyzed and resolved. The first is system structure design under the high-G condition during the projectile shoot, the second is satellite acquisition and tracking during high-speed spinning process of the projectile. Ground test and structure check flight test are implemented. The results validate the applicability of the given project on the conditions of projectile shoot and flight.
