校企联盟机制下“3G移动网络优化”课程的建设与开发

摘要

结合苏州市职业大学通信技术专业校企合作现状，探讨在校企联盟机制下“3G移动网络优化”课程建设与开发的思路。通过设计与创新教学模式、校企联合开发教学资源、开展多形式课程教学方法以及教学手段，实现校企优势互补、资源共享，从而将课程教学与岗位技能及职业素质培养融为一体，实现了人才培养与企业需求的“无缝对接”。%Considering the status quo of the school-enterprise cooperation of the author's department,the paper discusses the construction and development of the"3G mobile network optimization"course within the mechanism of school-enterprise alliance.By innovating the teaching model,jointly developing the teaching resources, implementing multiform teaching methods and means of the course,school and enterprise can share the common resources and supply complementary advantages for each other.Thus the course teaching and professional training are an organic whole.Therefore,"seamless docking" between the personnel training and the enterprise demand has been achieved.
