强直性脊柱炎遗传易感性基因的研究进展

摘要

Ankylosing spondylitis is a kind of autoimmune disease which have a genetic predisposition.In recent years, A num-ber of research found that AS incidence was rising in our country, and develops in adolescence, with 20 to 30 years old age group, has the highest incidence of AS disease, more men than women, the proportion is about 9:1, It has been a serious threat to the qual-ity of life of teenagers in our country.This review will be taken from the AS clinical symptoms, common complications and common methods for laboratory tests, etiology and mechanism, and AS infection related genetic factor is introduced.%强直性脊柱炎（ Ankylosing spondylitis，AS）是一种具有遗传倾向的自身免疫性疾病。多项调查研究发现，近年来我国AS发病率不断上升，且多发生于青少年时期，以20～30岁年龄组的发病率最高，男性多于女性，比例大约为9：1，已经严重威胁我国青少年的生活质量。本综述将从AS的临床症状、常见并发症、常用的试验室检查手段、发病原因与机制以及AS发病相关的遗传因子等方面展开介绍。
