A method of genotyping of polymorphic variants of genes associated with hereditary predisposition to breast cancer and ovarian cancer, comprising the synthesis of oligonucleotides SEQ ID NO: 25-36, strictly complementary target DNA sequence; amplification of gene fragments of TP53 (R72P, int3dup16), PALB2 (R414X, c. 509_510de1GA), BLM (Q548X), SNEK2 (1100de1C) using at I step multiplex "nested" polymerase chain reaction (PCR), in which the sample DNA serves as the template a set of oligonucleotides with the sequences shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-24 to form stage II on PCR biotinylated PCR product with a set of immobilized oligonucleotides with the sequences shown in SEQ ID NO: 25-36; hybridizing the PCR product labeled with a set of immobilized oligonucleotides.
