PURPOSE: Polynucleotide is provided to diagnose breast cancer and ovarian cancer with low costs and high efficiency by providing a specific Korean mutation type which is located in the sequence of a nucleotide of breast cancer and ovarian cancer-causing genes. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide set for diagnosing breast cancer and ovarian cancer includes a polynucleotide including BRCA2 gene mutation. A microarray for detecting the BRCA2 gene mutation includes the polynucleotide set or the complementary polynucleotide set thereof as a probe. The polynucleotide set is labeled by a radiation label, a fluorescent label, an enzyme label, a sequence tag, or biotin.
