固体发动机水下点火尾流变化过程试验研究

         

摘要

采用高速摄像机对发动机水下点火工作的尾流生长变化过程进行了记录,获得了尾流形态及其演化过程,分析了水环境对发动机尾流结构变化的影响. 试验结果表明,发动机水下点火瞬态特性与空气中有很大的不同,水下尾流前进速度相比在空气中显著降低,同时轴向阻滞作用导致尾流向径向扩展;尾流可分为气泡区、掺混区和混合区;尾流一直发生小幅震荡,间歇发生大幅震荡,小幅震荡和大幅震荡是发动机水下工作的基本属性.%Using high-speed cameras to catch the growth of the changing process of underwater ignition wake to obtain the wake flow and its evolution process, and to analyze the water environmental impact on wake structure changes. The experiments show that the characteristics of underwater wake are very different from those in the air. The forward speed of underwater wake is significantly reduced than in air, while the axial blockade leads to wake expansion in radial direction. The wake flow can be divided into bubble zone, blending zone and mixed zone. The wake is always shocking slightly, and intermittently shocking sharply. Small shocks and large shocks are the fundamental property of underwater wake flow of solid rocket motor.
