爆炸环境下乘员约束系统参数分析及优化

             

摘要

This paper is aimed at studying protection efficacy of occupant resistant system in military vehicle under mine blast environment.For this purpose,a whole vehicle finite model along with blast simulation environment was built,which was validated by comparing shock acceleration curve of anti-blast seat base with actual mine blast test acceleration data.Referring to ordinary weight injury criterion,four factors:spring stiffness,viscous damping coefficient,foam stiffness,seatbelt stiffness,were selected for sensitivity analysis and parameter optimization,by means of using experiment design and response surface method.Finally,using genetic algorithm accomplish optimization task based on Kriging agent model,it turns out that the optimized occupant protection ability is promoted by 10.5% than initial parameter set.%针对特种车辆在底部爆炸环境下乘员座椅受到瞬时高强度冲击时的防护性能进行研究,建立整车爆炸环境,利用仿真计算与试验所得座椅底座加速度进行乘员约束系统冲击输入验证,借鉴普通乘用车加权伤害准则,对乘员约束系统中弹簧刚度、黏性阻尼系数、坐垫刚度与安全带刚度四因素运用试验设计、响应面技术进行相关参数灵敏度分析,并通过遗传算法对代理模型完成参数优化工作,研究发现:优化后的乘员约束系统参数相对初始值达到10.5%的综合防护性能提升.
