The program of "3-year secondary plus 2-year higher vocational education" is practiced for many years in China. This paper takes Electron-Technical Program in Shunde Polytechnic as an example and analyzes the learning ef-fect of students in this"3+2"program, and finds that those students in"3+2"program perform as well as other students in theoretical learning, even with advantages in practical learning, when comparing the students' academic record and their learning behavior. The results suggest that more attentions should be paid to the physical and mental development of the"3+2"program students, and give us some insights in improving the curriculum, teaching contents and teaching methods.%“三二分段”模式的中高职衔接的学生培养已开展多年,以顺德职业技术学院应用电子专业为例,通过与普通招生班的成绩、学情对比分析,发现中职生源理论学习上并不比普高生源差,而且动手能力上具有优势。这为专业课程体系的调整、教学内容和教学方式方法的改革提供了方向和依据,也提示了专业教育教学工作中更应关注中职生源的身心协调发展。
