论案例研讨在行政伦理教学中的实施

行政伦理学源自公共行政发展过程中对行政活动的伦理思考,体现了理论思辨与实践应对的紧密结合。教学中如何避免枯燥而空洞的说教,激发学生的兴趣和求知欲,案例研讨提供了较好的思路。要保证案例研讨在行政伦理学教学中的有效实施,需实现教师角色的转换;精选案例,规划研讨,做好课前准备工作;选择恰当的教学方法;强化平时考核和教师的课后反思。%Administrative ethics embodies a combination of the theories and practice.Despite shortcomings,the case studies are found to be effective in the teaching of the administrative ethics.Consequently,teachers need to change their teaching conceptions,prepare for each class,select proper teaching methods,and implement evaluation and reflection after class.
