Methods:This ex-periment uses South Korea’ s SONOST3000 bone density reflectoscope reflector to observe 40 students of different sports items. Results:The research discovers that sports exert a positive impact on the strengthening of the bone density of the human body and the prevention of bone loss. But there is differentiation in the impact of different sports items on the bone density.
