体验式教学法在管理学教学中的应用

摘要

体验式教学法是现代教育教学理念下的新型教学模式，旨在通过教学体验，激发学生的内在学习兴趣。在强调个人综合能力培养的今天，体验式教学法正逐渐取代传统教学方式，让学生在主动学习的过程中实现课堂主体地位的养成。事实上，将知识的被动接收与主动感知结合起来，正是高等院校提高管理学教学效果的重要手段。%Experiential teaching method is a new teaching mode which is based on modern education teaching idea and designed to arouse interest of students from their personal experience in learning. It is high time that people put emphasis on the cultivation of students' multiple abilities. Traditional teaching method is replaced by experiential teaching method gradually which is helpful to develop the subject status of students in classroom in the process of active learning. In fact, it is important to combine passive reception of knowledge with active per-ception in order to improve the teaching effect of management in institutions and universities.
