This paper discussed the influence of teachers' teaching style on learning autonomy through the study on the relationship between teachers' teaching style and non-English major college students' antonomous learning ability, and explored the best ways to foster learner autonomy through teacher education.%本论文旨在通过对大学英语教师授课风格与非英语专业大学生自主学习能力的相关性研究，来讨论教师授课风格对学习自主性的影响，并探讨如何通过教师培训更好地促进学生学习自主性的有效途径。
