认知语言学理论对翻译的阐释

摘要

认知语言学的一个重要观点是,对现实的感知是认知的基础,认知又是语言的基础,＂现实-认知-语言＂之间存在依次决定的序列关系。原文作者在现实体验的基础上创作了原文本,译者又以自己对现实和两种语言的认知体验为基础对原文进行认知解读和表达,因此,翻译是一种以现实体验为背景的、认知主体所参与的、多重互动的认知转换活动。%An important view in cognitive linguistics is that the perception of the reality is the base of cognition which is the base of language.The Reality-cognition-language determines in sequence order.The author creates the original work based on his/her embodiment of cognition,and the translator understands it on his/hers.Therefore,translation is a kind of cognitive transformation activity joined by the writer,the reader and the translator based on their embodiment of cognition.
