科研的开端－本科生参与科研活动的一些思考

摘要

Undergraduate research has some advantages including the improvement of the professional course learning, the cultivation of scientific spirit, and the ability for team spirit and communication.For college teacher, undergraduate research can solve the lack of graduates and the teachers can learn while teaching.Meanwhile, the innovation talents training plays an important role in the promotion of scientific research.In this paper, the participation of undergradutes in the analytical chemistry research was illustrated based on my personal experience. Finally, the problems existing in the undergraduate research were indicated and some suggerstions were put forward.%本科生利用课余时间参与科研项目对大学生专业学习的促进和提高有重要作用，也有助于学生科学素养的启蒙、养成和提高，同时还有助于培养学生的团队协作精神、增加学生的沟通和交流能力。地方性高校的老师引导本科生参与自己的课题对老师来说解决了研究生不足的问题，本身也达到促进教学相长的目的。高校综合性创新人才的培养对促进整体科研事业的发展也有着重要的作用。本文以笔者引导本科生参与分析化学科研实践为例，介绍了在带领大学本科生参加科研项目实施中的切身体会。最后针对本科生参与科研过程中存在的问题，提出了一些改进建议。
