Combining the concept of student-oriented teaching as well as integrated teaching methodology, the study conducts such experimental forms as questionnaires and interviews to track the expectations and feedbacks of the students and to explore the problems of news English teaching. The paper first introduces the characteristics of news English, and then analyzes the empirical research. Finally it proposes several suggestions on the parts of both teaching and learning.%研究旨在通过问卷调查、访谈等实验形式对学生进行教学期望和反馈的跟踪调查,从而探索大学新闻英语教学存在的问题。首先介绍了新闻英语的特点,在实证调查的分析基础上,逐层剖析新闻英语教学的若干问题,并从教与学两个方面同步制定了攻克新闻英语难点的宏观建议。
