This paper discusses the possible loss of profit from logistics outsourcing in terms of transaction costs,non - internalization of externality, inefficient allocation of inputs, and double price - cost mark - ups. The theories of information economics and industrial organization are used in the paper.%运用信息经济学和产业组织学的理论,从交易费用、外部经济非内部化、投入品的非有效配置、双重价格-成本加成等方面探讨了物流外协可能导致的利润损失.
