新入职幼儿教师职业适应影响因素及应对策略

         

摘要

本文利用文献法和半结构访谈法,对新入职幼儿教师进行了集体和个别访谈,结果发现,影响新入职幼儿教师职业适应的因素主要有个人性格、职业期望、职业能力、社会压力、工作负担、职业关系等。针对这些影响因素,笔者提出了一些对策建议以期对提高新入职幼儿教师的职业适应力有所帮助。%In this paper,it uses the literature method and semi-structured interview method,to inter-view new preschool teachers role-play collectively and individually.And the analysis found that the influ-encing factors of new teachers,vocational acclimation mainly include personal character,career aspira-tions,professional ability,social pressure and workload,such as professional relationship.According to these factors,the author puts forward some solving strategies in order to help new preschool teachers to quickly get used to their new roles professionally.
