西北农村中小学教师收入差异的实证分析

     

摘要

Teachers' salaries in the rural China are closely related to teacher composition,teacher quality,education opportunity equality and social justice,thus can never be overemphasized.Based on The Gansu Survey of Children and Families(GSCF,2004),the author would like to explore the teacher salary structure and the pattern of teachers' pay differentials in the rural Northwestern China.The empirical results reveal that teachers serving rural population are not equally paid,the salary structure in rural Gansu is complicated and explains part of pay variance.%农村中小学教师工资与教师队伍稳定性、师资质量、教育均衡发展及社会收入分配正义等问题密切相关,因此备受社会关注。基于甘肃省基础教育调查数据,运用方差分析和回归分析,本文分析了甘肃农村教师收入差异的表现形式和工资结构。研究发现,甘肃农村教师收入差异表现形式多样且要素结构复杂。
