新教师社会经济地位与发展期待的关系研究--以入职适应为中介

     

摘要

本研究以A省H市和Z省H市12所学校的300名新教师为研究对象,参照美国心理协会编制的《社会经济地位量表》,编制了符合教师群体的社会经济地位量表,同时编制了新教师入职适应和发展期待量表,采用问卷调查法探究了新教师的入职适应在社会经济地位与发展期待之间的中介效应。研究结果表明:(1)新教师社会经济地位和入职适应对发展期待的影响存在显著性差异;(2)新教师的入职适应在社会经济地位与发展期待的关系中起部分中介作用;(3)新教师发展期待目标的实现也有助于入职适应。%This research adopts the method of questionnaire survey to take 300 new teachers in H City,A Province and in H City,Z Province as research objects,and to explore the mediating effects of new teachers’ occupational adaptation between socioeconomic status and developmental expectation in the way which develops Socioeconomic Status Scale for teachers with the reference to the scale developed by American Psychological Association,and develops the scale of occupational adaptation and developmental expectation for new teachers.Correlation analysis showed that new teachers’ socioeconomic status and occupational adaptation positively correlated with the developmental expectation.The mediating analysis showed that the mediating effects of beginning teachers’ occupational adaptation between socioeconomic status and developmental expectation are partially.The achievement of new teachers’ developmental expectation in turn can help to promote occupational adaptation.
