With network and open fixable education mode, modem distant higher education provides the opportunity for ethic minority learn- ers, during which many learning difficulties and obstacles exist among these learners. Taking Inner Mongolia Radio and TV University as an example the author draws concrete practicable conclusion and suggestion based on an empirical analysis of learning obstacles met by learners of ethic distant higher edu- cation in multidimensional view.%基于网络的现代远程开放教育,因其开放灵活的教育模式为广大的少数民族求学者提供了接受高等教育岛机会。同时也应看到在实施民族远程开放教育的过程中,少数民族求学者存在诸多学习困难与障碍。笔者以内蒙古地区为例,从多维度对民族远程开放教育学习者面对的学习障碍进行实证分析,在此基础上得出了具体结论并提出了相关建议。
