构建以学生为本的高职高专“三全”育人管理模式

摘要

随着我国高等教育大众化的普及,高职高专学生教育管理面临新的问题和挑战,传统的学生教育管理观念、方式和体制已难以适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,必须进行改革和创新,在整个高等教育体系中给予高职高专准确定位,以学生为本,不断创新管理理念、管理体制和管理手段,构建以培养、发展、提高学生全面素质为目标的管理模式,即＂三全＂育人管理模式。%With the popularization of higher education,educational management is facing new problems and challenges.Traditional concept,method and system of educational management can not meet the requirements of socialism market economy development.Thus the reform and innovation must be enforced.In the whole system of higher education,one should accurate the position of professional and vocational college,take the students as the center,constantly innovate management concept,system and method,and construct the management model ——＂Sanquan＂ which aims at training,developing and improving students’ comprehensive quality.
