不同浓度高渗盐水对颅脑创伤后受体相互作用蛋白激酶-1表达影响的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of different concentration of hypertonic saline on the expression of receptor interacting protein kinase 1 ( PdPK a 1 ) after traumatic brain injury ( TBI ) .Methods Traumatic brain injurypatients , who received the treatment of hypertonic saline (10%,7.5%,3%) from pre-hospital first aid to hospital operation stage , were enrolled in the study ,they were divided into three groups , 30 patients in each group .Cortical cells from trauma damaged area were collected for immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of RIPK a 1 gene and protein.Results The expression of RIPK -1 protein induced by7. 5%hypertonic saline was lower than the expression of RIPK -1 protein induced by 10% and 3% hypertonic saline.Conclusions 7.5%hypertonic saline is better than other hypertonic saline in the treatment of traumatic brain injury (TBI), and providesreference for the use of hypertonic saline .%目的:探讨不同浓度高渗盐水对颅脑创伤(TBI)后脑组织受体相互作用蛋白激酶-1(PdPK-1)表达的影响。方法收集建立三组在院前急救至院内手术阶段使用10%、7.5%、3%浓度高渗盐水的创伤的手术患者,每组患者30名,术中取创伤患者损伤区组织进行免疫组织化学染色,检测RIPK-1在基因和蛋白水平的表达。结果发现7.5%浓度的高渗盐水作用下的RIPK-1蛋白上调表达较10%、3%浓度高渗盐水作用下的RIPK-1蛋白上调表达均低。结论使用7.5%的高渗生理盐水能较其他高渗生理盐水更好的治疗颅脑创伤( TBI),这为TBI的在高渗盐水使用的上提供了准确研究依据。
