'小教师'教学法与小组合作学习法相结合在护理技能操作教学中的应用

     

摘要

Objective To investigatethe application effect of "the little teachers" teaching methodcombined withsmall group cooperative learning pedagogyinthe teaching of nursing skills .Methods Fiveclasses of studentswere randomly selectedfrom 10classes of 2011appliedvocationalnursingspecialty , inbasic nursingskills teaching process ,"little teachers"teaching methods combined with small group cooperative learning pedagogy was applied , as the experimentalgroup .The otherfiveclasses were appliedwithtraditional teachingmethod , as controlgroup .Afterasemester , experimental group and controlgroupoperatedassessment , thetest resultswere analyzed and compared .Results The difference of nursing skills assessment scores in experimental group and control group wasstatistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions "little teachers" teaching methodcombined with cooperative learning method can significantly improve the effectiveness of nursing skills teaching .%目的 探讨"小教师"教学法与小组合作学习法相结合在护理技能教学中的应用效果.方法 在2011级高职护理学专业10个班中以随机选取五个班学生在基础护理技能操作教学中应用"小教师"教学法与小组合作学习法相结合的教学方法进行教学作为实验组,而其他五个班级在基础护理操作教学中应用传统教学法教学作为对照组. 一学期后将实验组与对照组进行操作和操作相关理论考核,将考核成绩进行分析比较. 结果 实验组与对照组的护理技能操作和操作相关理论考核成绩均有显著差异(P<0.05). 结论 将"小教师"教学法与小组合作学习法相结合的方法应用于护理技能操作教学中可以明显提高教学效果.
