高职生自我妨碍的个体影响因素研究

         

摘要

By means of corresponding questionnaires ,we explored the influence of self-esteem ,at-tribution style ,perfectionism and achievement goal orientation on students’ self-handicapping in high-er vocational colleges .The results shows that following factors ,including the inner attribution dimen-sion in self-esteem and attribution ,worrying about making mistakes ,doubting about action ,and par-ents'expectation in perfectionism ,and the mastery approach dimension in individual standard dimen-sion and achievement goal orientation ,have obvious negative predictive effect on self-handicapping . The following factors ,including the external attribution in attribution ,the logic dimension in perfec-tionism and performance avoidance , mastery avoidance and performance approach dimensions in a-chievement goal orientation ,have obvious positive predictive effect on self-handicapping .%通过采用问卷调查法,探究自尊、归因方式、完美主义、成就目标定向对高职生自我妨碍的影响。结果表明,自尊、归因中的内归因维度,完美主义中的担心错误、行动疑虑、父母期望、个人标准维度和成就目标定向中的掌握趋近维度对自我妨碍均有显著的负向预测作用。归因中的外归因维度,完美主义中的条理性维度和成就目标定向中的成绩回避、掌握回避和成绩趋近维度对自我妨碍均有显著的正向预测作用。
