医护人员控制点、人际信任与心理健康关系研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship among mental health,interpersonal trust and locus of control in medical staff.Methods 333 medical staff were selected and assessed with Interpersonal Trust Scale (ITS),Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90) and Internality,Powerful Others and Chance Scale(IPC).Results The dimension scores of internality and powerful others in IPC were significantly lower than the national norm (P ＜ 0.05).The total score of SCL-90 was negatively correlated with the total score of ITS (P ＜ 0.05) and the internality dimension score of IPC (P ＜ 0.05),and was positively correlated with the dimension scores of chance and powerful others in IPC (P ＜ 0.05).The total score of ITS was negatively correlated with the powerful others dimension score of IPC (P ＜ 0.05).The total score of ITS and dimension scores of chance and internality in IPC had predictive effects on mental health (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Interpersonal trust and locus of control have an influence on mental health in medical staff,and their interpersonal trust is correlated with their locus of control.%目的 探讨医护人员心理健康水平与人际信任和控制点的关系.方法 采用人际信任量表(ITS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表(IPC)对399名医护人员进行问卷调查.结果 医护人员IPC量表内控性和有势力的他人维度评分低于量表常模(P＜0.05).医护人员SCL-90总分与ITS总分呈负相关(P＜0.05);与IPC内控性呈负相关(P＜0.05),与机遇和有势力的他人呈正相关(P＜0.05);医护人员ITS总分与IPC有势力的他人呈负相关(P＜0.05).IPC量表机遇、内控性和ITS总分对心理健康水平具有预测作用(P＜0.05).结论 医护人员的心理健康受人际信任和控制点的影响;医护人员的人际信任和控制点存在相关关系.
