结论:针对CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T细胞在结核病发生机制中的作用,开展从免疫治疗和结核病疫苗设计提供新的作用靶点和诊疗依据,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To determine the role of CD4+ CD25 + FOXP3 + regulatory T cells in tuberculosis. Methods The retrospective analysis is usedin our 60 cases of tuberculosis patients (obeservation group) and 60 cases of healthy (control group) check-up clinical data. Results Before treatment, CD4+ CD25 + FOXP34" regulatory T cells ratio of the observation group is significantly higher than the control group but significantly redued after treatment on them. The observation group CD4+ CD25 + FOXP34" regulatory T cells and CD4+ T cells proportion, CD8+ T cells, IFN-7 and IL-4 showed a significant negative correlation(P < 0.05). Conclusion The role of CD4 + CD25+ FOXP3+ regulatory T cells in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis are very important, providing a new target for immunotherapy and tuberculosis vaccine design as well as clinical application.
