国有企业用好用活创新型青年人才的四个环节

     

摘要

whether state owned enterprise could win in the marketing competition,the most crucial point is to train and re-tain the excellent innovative young talents.As a result,human resource managers must pay attention to the following four parts:In the selecting part,we should have long-term vision;In the training part,we should respect regularity and timing;In the using part,we should give youth great trust;In the evaluating part,we should free our minds and put them to practice.%国有企业能否在市场竞争中保持优势、勇立潮头,关键在于能否完善体制机制,培养和留住一批杰出创新型青年人才。为此,重视以下四个环节的工作:在选拔环节上,要开阔眼界,放眼长远;在培养环节上,要尊重规律,与时俱进;在使用环节上,要疑人不用,用人不疑;在评价环节上,要解放思想,尊重实践。
