Objective To translate the English version of Barriers to Nurses' Use of Physical Assessment Scale,and to test the reliability,validity and acceptability of the Chinese version.Methods The model of translation,back-translation,cultural adjustment and pilot survey was used to develop Chinese version Barriers to Nurses' Use of Physical Assessment Scale.Then 227 nurses from 4 hospitals in 3 provinces were investigated,and the reliability,validity and acceptability of the scale were analyzed.Results The Chinese scale had 7 dimensions and 36 items;the total Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.890,the Cronbach's α coefficient for each dimension ranged from 0.744 to 0.993;testretest reliability was 0.757;the total split half coefficient was 0.905,and the split-half coefficient for each dimension ranged from 0.791 to 0.994.The content validity was assessed by six experts,the I-CVI was 0.833-1.000,S-CVI/UA was 0.500,and S-CVI/Ave was 0.915.Seven factors were extracted by a factor analysis,which explained 73.067％ of the total variance,and the loading of each item on the corresponding factors had satisfactory factor load capacity (＞0.4).Conclusion The Chinese version Barriers to Nurses' Use of Physical Assessment Scale has good reliability and validity,it is easy and understandable,and it has good acceptability,thus it is a scientific measurement tool for relevant investigation.%目的 汉化阻碍护士对患者进行身体评估量表,并对其进行信效度和可接受性的评价.方法 根据“正向翻译一回译-文化调试-预调查”的汉化模式形成中文版的量表,采用方便抽样对3省4所医院的227名护士进行调查和测评,并对量表进行信效度和可接受性评价.结果 中文版的量表共7个维度和36个条目;总的内部一致性Cronbach'sα系数为0.890,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数0.744～0.993;重测信度为0.757;分半信度为0.905,各维度的分半信度0.791～0.994;内容效度由6位专家进行评估,得出I-CVI范围0.833～1.000,SCVI /UA为0.500,SCVI/Ave为0.915;结构效度采用探索性因子分析提取7个公因子,累计方差贡献率为73.067％,且各项目在相应因子上有较满意的因子载荷量(＞0.4).结论 中文版阻碍护士对患者进行身体评估量表具有良好的信度和效度,并且简单易懂,具有较好的可接受性,可为以后的相关调查提供科学的测量工具.
