Enlightened by traditional Chinese thought of "hold back something in teaching", a scale of employees knowledge sharing was developed by interview study in Chinese Cultural context. By means of large sample questionnaires obtained from 13 provinces in mainland China, the dimension structure of Chinese employees knowledge sharing was explored, and the reliability and validity of the scale was tested. Exploratory factor analysis shows that knowledge sharing in Chinese Cultural context includes four factors, namely: common knowledge donating, common knowledge collecting, key knowledge donating and key knowledge collecting. Confirmatory factor analysis confirms the structure model is reasonable. Reliability and validity test shows that the measurement scale of knowledge sharing in Chinese Cultural context is valid and reliable. Based on these result, practical implication were discussed.
