Objective To analyze the correlation between critical thinking ability and self - efficacy among vocational nursing students. Methods A total of 128 students in clinical practice were investigated with Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory - Chinese Version ( CTDI - CV) and General Self - Efficacy Scale ( GSES ). Results The total scores of critical thinking ability and self - efficacy were ( 274.30 ± 36.30) and ( 22.23 + 4.75 ). The score of self - efficacy had significantly positive correlation with the total score of critical thinking ability and the scores of three dimensions of analytic ability, systematization capacity and self- confidence ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing educators and nursing clinical teachers should take targeted measures to improve nursing students self - efficacy and critical thinking ability.%目的 分析高职护生评判性思维能力和自我效能感之间的相关性.方法 利用评判性思维态度倾向性调查表-中文版和一般自我效能感量表调查128名正在实习的高职护生.结果 高职护生评判性思维能力总平均分为(274.30±36.30)分;自我效能感总分为(22.23±4.75)分.护生自我效能感与评判性思维总分、分析能力、系统化能力及评判性思维的自信心均呈正相关(P<0.01).结论护理教师和临床带教教师应有针对性地采取措施,提高护生的自我效能感及其评判性思维能力.
