孕期内PM2.5暴露对新生儿低出生体重发生的风险性研究

     

摘要

Objective To evaluate systematically the relationship between PM 2.5 exposure during pregnancy and low birth weight in ne-onates.Method All correlated studies of PM2.5 exposure during pregnancy in low birth weight in neonates published before January 2017 were searched in the Medline,Pubmed and Embase databases as well as the Chinese Biology Medicine and Wanfang data.The literatures were screened in accordance with the inclusion criteria,and the Meta analysis was conducted.Results Thirteen literatures were selected and the literature quality was high.Meta-analysis showed that PM2.5 exposure during pregnancy increased the risk of low birth weight in neonates (OR= 1.13,95% CI:1.03~1.24).Both retrospective and prospective studies showed that PM 2.5 exposure increased the risk of low birth weight in neonates.Sensitivity analysis showed that the meta-analysis was relatively stable in assessing PM2.5 exposure to low birth weight in neo-nates.Conclusion Exposure to PM2.5 during pregnancy increases the risk of neonates with low birth weight. During pregnancy,pregnant woman should avoid PM2.5 exposure to improve pregnancy outcome.%目的 系统评价孕期内PM 2.5暴露与新生儿发生低出生体重之间的关系.方法 计算机检索Medline,Pubmed和Em-base数据库以及中国生物医学与万方数据库于2017年1月之前发表的所有关于孕期内PM 2.5暴露与新生儿发生低出生体重的研究报告,筛选符合纳入标准的文献,并进行Meta分析.结果 最终筛选出13篇文献,且文献质量较高;Meta分析结果显示,孕期内PM2.5暴露增加新生儿发生低出生体重的风险性(OR=1.13,95%CI:1.03~1.24),回顾性研究和前瞻性研究均显示孕期内PM 2.5暴露增加新生儿发生低出生体重的风险性;敏感性分析结果显示荟萃分析在评估PM 2.5暴露对新生儿发生低出生体重的影响相对稳健可靠.结论 孕期内PM 2.5暴露增加新生儿发生低出生体重的风险性,怀孕期间产妇应尽量避免PM 2.5暴露以改善妊娠结局.
