不同生境中密蒙花黄酮类化合物质量分数的差异

The experiment was conducted to determine three kinds of flavonoids contents in different parts of Buddleja officinalis Maxim and different habitats and analyze the correlation of environmental factors.Three kinds of contents of B.officinalis are significantly higher in forest gap habitat II than those in others, and the understory habitat I is the lowest.Among the plant organs, B.officinalis flower in flowering has the highest flavonoids content.At different stage of flowering, the con-tentin blossomy flower is higher than that in alabastrum .Light is the main limiting factor affecting three kinds of flavonoids in B.officinalis.%对不同生境和不同部位密蒙花的黄酮类化合物进行了测定以及相关环境因子分析，结果表明：林隙（生境Ⅱ）中密蒙花的3种黄酮类化合物质量分数均显著高于林内（生境Ⅰ）和林缘（生境Ⅲ），林内（生境Ⅰ）最低。不同部位中，密蒙花盛开花的黄酮类化合物质量分数最高；不同的开花时期，盛开花的黄酮类化合物质量分数也显著高于花蕾。影响半阴生植物密蒙花黄酮类化合物质量分数的主要限制因子是光照，栽培中应提供适宜的光照条件，且应在密蒙花的盛花期对开放花朵进行及时采收。
