英语五种基本句子结构研究与教学

摘要

作为句子“染色体”的英语五种基本句子结构是语言长期使用提炼的结果。英语动词的词义决定了其用法，从而产生了五种不同的结构。只有“get”一词具有可用于五种句子结构的各种语义。英汉基本句型的深层结构是一致的，表层结构的差异只是参数不同而已。教学中宜充分利用这些研究成果确定重点和难点及顺序和步骤。%As the“chromosomes”of English sentences,the five basic sentence structures are the results refined in the age-long use of English.The meanings of verbs decide their usages ,hence the five basic sentence structures .There is only the verb“get”that pos-sesses enough meanings to be used in the five structures .In terms of deep structures ,Chinese and English are consistent in the five structures.The differences in surface structures between both languages are only a matter of odds in parameters .These research results should be made full use of in deciding the key points and difficult points as well as the sequence and procedures in teaching .
