The thesis, based on the SECI Model of knowledge management theory, analyzes the accumulation and transformation of tourism management students' tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, and puts forward the SECI spiral model of tourism management undergraduate knowledge transformation. It implies that students’ creativity be upgraded from the dimensions of innovating teaching methods, contents and environments in tourism instruction and internship.% 借用知识管理理论的SECI模型,分析旅游管理专业学生隐性知识和显性知识的积累和转化过程,构建旅游管理专业本科生知识转化的SECI螺旋模型,由该模型得到的启示是:在旅游教学和实践中,应从创新教学方法、创新教学内容、创新教学环境等方面提升学生的创新能力。
