通过对农村金融演化理论和国内农村金融相关研究进行简单回顾，然后对观念创新进行了定义，同时对农村金融市场及农村金融市场参与主体的观念现状进行了分析，从金融机构、政府、农户三个方面提出了观念创新。%At first,the paper gives a brief review of the rural financial theory of evolution and domestic rural financial research; then defines the concept of innovation and analyses the rural financial market and the current situation of the concept of the participants who are in the rural financial market; finally,from financial institutions ,governments and farmers three aspects to put forward the concept of innovation.
