中国公立高校教授委员会制度变革的动力机制分析

建立教授委员会制度，保障学术人员在公立高校学术事务管理中的话语权，被认为是我国现代大学制度建设与变革的核心内容。外部环境的整体转型、内部关系的重新塑造以及关键行动主体的认知变化是我国公立高校教授委员会制度变革的动力源泉，它们构成了教授委员会制度变革的动力支持系统，从而为该制度变革的推行提供了潜在的可能性与现实的必然性。%The Establishment of the professor committee system empowers the faculty in public universities in the management of academic affairs. It is considered to be the core of the construction and reform of modern university system in China. The changes in external environment, the restructuring of internal relationships and the cognitive changes of key factors are the sources of the driving force. They are the system of dynamic mechanism of professor committee of public universities and they provide the probability of and the necessity for the implementation of the changes.
