普通高校体育课程权力冲突与再平衡模式构建

     

摘要

Using the method of documentary,investigation and logical analysis,guiding the theory of conflict Coser’s, this paper analyzed the current situation of conflict and power imbalances right physical education curriculum committee,power of teachers and students in curriculum subjects of power in curriculum development,from the mi-cro view of curriculum making right, execution right and evaluation right. And put forward 3 equilibrium paths the course of power allocation the principle, the curriculum power decentralization and curriculum power supervising. Finally, we constructed a multiple interactive, multiple constraints of college sports curriculum power configura-tion, restricting dynamic balance of pyramid mode. It aimed to deep the reform of college sports curriculum power reference during social transformation period.%运用文献法、调查法与逻辑分析法,以科塞的冲突理论为指引,从微观层面分析了高校体育课程权力运行中课程委员会、教师及学生3个课程权力主体在课程编制权、课程实施权以及课程评价权方面的权益冲突与权力失衡现状;提出了课程权力配置人本原则、课程权力分权制约以及课程权力监督制约等3条权力平衡路径;最后,构建出一个多元参与、多元互动、多元制约的高校体育课程权力配置动态平衡金字塔模式。旨在为社会转型期,高校体育深化课程权力改革提供参考。
