Cdkn1b基因、FOXE1基因多态性与甲状腺乳头状癌易感性的相关性研究进展

         

摘要

Cyclin -dependent kinase inhibitor 1B gene(p27KIP1),served as a tumor suppressor gene by limiting G, - S transition in cell cycle. Foxhead boxEl, also known as TIT - 2, which shows strong correlation with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) ,is newly demonstrated by genome wide association studies. To date, the study of PTC is more and more. The influence of PTC by correlation between gene - gene and gene - environment is increasingly concerned. This text is a review forthe relationship between the polymorphism of CDKN1B and FOXE1 and PTC,in order to be helpful to understand the mechanism of PTC susceptibility and improve the tumor precaution.%细胞周期依赖性激酶阻滞基因1B(CDKN1B,eyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1B)又称p27KIPI,在细胞周期中,阻滞细胞从G1期进入S期,被认为是抑癌基因.叉头框El(FOXE1,forkhead boxEl),又称甲状腺转录因子2,是近年来全基因组关联研究发现的与甲状腺乳头状癌密切相关的遗传位点.目前甲状腺乳头状癌的研究越来越多,基因与基因、基因与环境因素的交互作用对甲状腺癌发病影响也日益受到关注.现从两基因多态性与甲状腺乳头状癌的关系进行综述,以期为甲状腺乳头状癌的易感性以及预防提供新的思路.
