转移性肾细胞癌的分子靶向药物治疗现状及进展

摘要

Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common urological malignancies.Molecular targeted therapy is the main treatment formetastatic renal cell carcinoma at present.By targeting specificspot and signaling pathways,targeted therapy can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and then exert the function of anti-tumor on the basis of differences between tumor tissue and normal tissue in the aspect of molecular biology such as genes,signal transduction.This review mainly summarizes current status and progress of molecular targeted drug therapy in the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma.%肾细胞癌是泌尿系统常见恶性肿瘤之一.目前对于转移性肾癌的主要治疗方式是分子靶向治疗,该方法利用肾癌组织与正常组织在某些基因、信号转导途径等分子生物学上的差异,通过靶向药物作用于特定的靶点、信号通路来抑制肿瘤细胞生长增殖,进而发挥抗肿瘤作用.本文就目前国内外临床上主要的靶向药物治疗转移性肾癌的现状和进展进行综述.
