基于课程视角的农村地区全科小学教师的现实境遇与培养策略--以贵阳学院小学教育专业课程设置为例

         

摘要

农村地区小学教师被动成为全科教师,学科教学实践水平遭到质疑,职称评审处境尴尬,在一定程度上凸显了小学教育专业课程设置的弊端。以贵阳学院小学教育专业课程设置为例,对如何培养农村地区全科小学教师提出了以下建议:牢固树立核心课程的理念、突出教育实践课程基础性和支柱性的作用以及确立学科基础课程的学术性地位。%Teachers in rural areas have been forced to become general - subject primary school teachers. Their practical teaching level has been questioned and their title appraisal is embarrassing. All above highlight the draw-backs of the curriculum of primary school education. Taking curriculum of primary education in Guiyang University for a example,this article puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate general - subject primary school teach-ers. Establish the concept of core courses,highlight the basic and pillar role of educational practice curriculum and establish the academic position of the subject fundamental course.
