Objective To study the content of superoxied dismutase (SOD) and MDA in serum of macaques Monkey and its clinical significance in macaques Monkey. Methods We used streptozotocin (30mg/kg of body weight, intravenously ,3days) to five macaques. The dynamic changes of superoxied dismutase ( SOD) and MDA in serum were measured for 13 months. Results As a result,the SOD in macaques Monkey's serum were lower than those of before injection, and the difference was of statistically significance at the 8th month (P <0. 05). The level of MDA in the serum were higher than those of before injection, and the difference was of statistically significance at the 9th month( P <0. 05) . Significantly negative correlations were observed between SOD and Glu ( F = -0.186, -0.323, P<0.05). Significantly positive correlations were observed between MDA and Glu( F = 0. 128 , 0. 087 ,P < 0. 05 ) . There was no correlation between SOD and MDA. Conclusion The results showed that the detection of SOD and MDA reflectes the viability of antioxidase in diabetic macaques Monkey. The cause of diabetes is related with free radical.%目的 对糖尿病恒河猴血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)进行动态检测,探讨其在在非人灵长类糖尿病并发肾病模型中的应用价值.方法 健康恒河猴5只,小剂量30mg/kg多次静脉注射链脲佐菌素(STZ),血糖稳定后观察血清中SOD和MDA的含量.连续观察13个月.结果 造模后动物血清中的SOD值降低,在8个月出现显著性差异(P<0.05),11个月出现极显著性差异(P<0.01).MDA含量持续上升,9个月出现显著性差异(P<0.05),13个月出现极显著性差异(P<0.01).血糖与SOD呈负相关(F=-0.186,-0.323,P<0.05),血糖与MDA呈正相关(F=0.128,0.087,P<0.05),SOD与MDA无相关关系.结论 测定血清SOD,MDA含量可以在一定程度上反应恒河猴糖尿病微血管病变的程度.
