With the development of science and technology as well as the degree of socialization of pro-duction continues to deepen, national economies have gone beyond the borders of their own and devel-oped toward globalization. Internationalization has become one of the main ways for enterprises to access to resources and develop themselves. Cultural difference is the key challenge multinationals face during the in-ternational process. Culture factor has become an important variable in the field of management. In modern enterprises, human resources have become an intangible asset, which is becoming more and more important. With the deepening of the research on human resource management, strategic international human resource management as a new branch is being discussed. In the process of internationalization, it is a core issue to analyze how the human resource management affects the organization performance and strategy in the field of human resource management.
