高职学生学业自信的缺失成为制约高职教育人才培养目标实现的重要因素。文章在阐述高职学生学业自信现状的基础上，从学习经历、家庭关怀、教学改革、社会认可度、高职教育认知等方面分析了学业自信缺失的成因。建议高职院校通过加强学业自信教育、开展家校合作、深化教学改革、注重对外宣传、高职教育认知引导等方面提升学生的学业自信。%The lack of academic confidence in higher vocational college students has become an important constraint that realize the goal of cultivating talents in higher vocational education. Based on the description of the status quo of higher vocational college students on academic self-confidence, the passage analyses the causes of lack of academic self-confidence from the aspect of learning experience, family care, teaching reform, social recognition and higher vocational education cognition. It is proposed that higher vocational colleges should enhance students' academic confidence by strengthening self-confidence education, carrying out home-school cooperation education, deepening teaching reform, paying attention to publicity and strengthening students' cognition on higher vocational education .
