大学国际法学科双语教育论

摘要

Bilingual education is a subject education, which takes native language and foreign language as the medium of instruction in certain conditions, and aims at developing professional foreign language and sub-ject knowledge of students synchronously. International Law in university has realistic foundation for bilingual education, but also has many problems that should be solved quickly. Bilingual education of International Law should reform in four aspects:bilingual teacher training, bilingual ability of students, bilingual textbook compi-lation and bilingual education law.%双语教育是指在具备一定内外部环境的条件下,用母语和外语两种语言作为教学媒介语,旨在使学生专业外语学习与学科知识获取同步发展的一种学科教育.大学国际法学科具有实施双语教育的现实基础,但同时又存在不少亟待解决的问题.国际法学科双语教育应在双语教师培养、学生双语能力提高、双语教材编写及双语教育法治四方面进行改革.
